[pct-l] Visas and passes?? (Josh 'the Brit' Henderson)

Never heard anyone mention the last point.  There is no entry checkpoint at
the northern terminus.

Ok so I've read Yogi's book (both helpful and inspiring without scaring me
too much) and I've worked out that as an English Southbounding 2008'er I
will need:

 

*	Canadian Visa for initial entry
*	Visa and Passport for entry into US
*	PCT Permit
*	Fire permit
*	Maybe some sort of permit to enter US through the PCT?

If theres anyone who can help me on how to get the last one or point out any
I'm missing please let me know!!
