[pct-l] The Big PCT Map

A year or two ago, someone requested a big PCT map so his kids (and
grandkids?) could track his progress on his PCT thru hike. I suggested he
get a set of AAA state (or partial state for CA) as the PCT is shown on
them. His progress could be noted and the maps kept as a memento of his trip.
