I was asking for something like this a few years back. Long story  
short, there's nothing like that and according to laws, it's actually  
not legal to enter the US through the PCT. Apparently, it's not legal  
even for US residents. It says somewhere you can only enter the US  
through an official port of entry and the only exception is if you're  
sailing.

Obviously, people go through that border and there's nobody there to  
check. It's in the middle of the mountains and very far from anything  
human on the US side so you'll be fine. The only thing you might  
consider is entering North America through the US, not Canada because  
if you fly into Canada and then enter the US on the PCT, they'll have  
no record of your entry. I think this may be a problem when you try to  
leave the country or anytime you're checked for documentation (not  
likely to happen but you never know). You could fly into Seattle, then  
take bus/train to Vancouver.

If you do that, also make sure your US entry visa is multiple entry.  
There's single entry and multiple entry, the former allows you to  
enter the country only once in the stated period. Your second entry  
would not be registered but again you could have problems when you  
leave the country if they check you've been to Canada and then back  
with a visa that wouldn't allow you to get back.
