I carry two ziplock baggies one inside of the other and baby wipes in the 
larger of the two. Then all I have to do is put the used ones into the 
smaller bag.

I also sometimes add a little more water to the bag of clean ones, just a 
few tablespoons, to make them work better. That and a bandana go a long way. 
But.rinse your bandana away from the stream with a water bottle otherwise 
it's just nasty.
