My feet normally don't swell that much - maybe because I'm also used to being 'on my feet' all day at work (?)...
However, I do have concerns what my feet will actually do in SoCal's hot sections - and since that's the start for a nobo thru,
I definitely don't want to trash my feet early in the trek!  
I'll probably do some experimenting this summer to give me an educated guess as to how many sizes to add...
