[pct-l] Half Mile and Belden situation

Half Mile left the Heitman's Hideaway in Old Station yesterday A.M.(Sunday)
and has not seen this post.  He's at least two days on the trail to Burney
Falls St Pk.  Don't know when he'll have computer access again.
Brenda Bratten has just e mailed me that she and Laurie have been evacuated
from their home for several days and do not expect to be able to return til
later this week. I've posted back offering prayers for them and their home.
I also requested any info she may have re the Belden P.O. and the
whereabouts of packages and mail....I'll get back to the list with anything
I learn.  Brenda mentioned the Butt mountain route that Alden took to get
thru the fire section.   Please remember that the local rumor has it that if
it's necessary to take someone off a fireline to escort a person out of a
fire area that has been posted as closed, that person will be cited....Your
call, I suppose.
