[pct-l] using libraries

On my just concluded diriving trip, I stopped in several libraries to use 
their *free* wifi internet. I always made a contribution of $1 - $2 to the 
library.  The internet is free to us users but costs the library money. And 
most libraries are dealing with inadequate funding. So I urge you when you 
use a library internet and/or computer, make a small donation.
