[pct-l] Sno-Pass to Steven's Pass

Hello folks. We're considering hiking the PCT from Snoqualmie to Steven's
pass in Washington, about 70 miles, the first week in August. Has anyone
been on that route recently and, if so, how was the snow (e.g., at Kendall
Katwalk)? Do you think ice axes will be needed in certain sections (we're
hoping hike without them)? Any other precautions or advice on this section
would be most appreciated. Thanks!
