Hi Hoosier Daddy - I plan on going northbound that very section (section H ) leaving  aug 2. I called the Stabler store and they are open 7 days a week, 7-7 pm ( fri and sat till 11 pm). The restaurant at Stabler is no longer open. Trout lake store is open 7am-10 pm while the fire is still burning. Look here  to follow the fire....    http://www.inciweb.org/incident/1428/
If you go to FAQ on that page you will see there are currently no closures on the PCT in that area, though is appears real close to the fire. Rooms at the grocery  at Trout Lake are still $20 per person. What a deal!!! Hope to see you on the trail!!
