[pct-l] Oregon Min/Max Temperatures

Even though the Steven's and Snoqualmie Pass Snotel sites shows no snow at
the measuring station there are large areas that have lots of snow and ice.
Hikers who have gone through are using their crampons. Don't judge what
equipment to carry by what these sites say.
