[pct-l] hydration question!

Good afternoon, Krikor,

In the hot sections I noted that I got an average of 10 miles per gallon,
however I don't remember carrying more than 8-9 liters at a time, and I
didn't drink a liter in every 2.5-mile increment. The cool early-morning
hours, when I really like to book the miles, requires less. Plus there us
usually a water resupply point somewhere during the day, and the best plan
is -- provided the water availability is reliable -- to arrive thirsty and
tank-up both you and your bottles. My most common load starting a dry
section was two full 2.5 liter sacks plus a one-liter bottle.
