[pct-l] RatSack & Armored Outdoor Gear

Anyone have any recent experience with this supplier?  I ordered (and paid for) a medium RatSack on June 18th, but other than seeing the money disappear from my account, I've had no response (order acknowlegment or shipping update) from them at all.  I've emailed 3-4 times now and left nearly as many voicemails and have gotten zero response.

Have I just dumped some US dollars down a hole?
