[pct-l] Oregon Section Hiking

I had this dilemma in 1994 and chose to hitch up from Ashland after 
taking Greyhound to from Seattle to Medford, and local transportation to 
Ashland.  I figured I'd end my hike from Castella at I-5 when I hiked 
the northern California section.
