[pct-l] list back up

Not having anything to do with maintaining the list, my guess is they lost 
all subscriber/list data (again). So they probably got their most recent 
uncorrupted data from a backup which happens to over a year old!

Just my guess.

But from that perspective, you may never be able to unsubscribe!
