[pct-l] Huge landslide near PCT in WA Sec H

There was a huge landslide sometime this winter near the PCT in Washington 
section H.  It doesn't actually affect the PCT, so no cause for alarm there, 
but it ought to be visible from the PCT on Table Mountain (depending on 
trees) which makes it an interesting side note.
