You can always call a shuttle service from either and get their direct. Try
Cloud9 Shuttles for rates. They will, for a price, get you from either
place.

This info should save you about two hours of piecing this together. As for
public transport - not sure about wrightwood, but from Big Bear -

Summary
	MARTA off the mountain
Metrolink San Bernardino to Union Station, LA
Non-stop bus service from Union Station to LAX (or taxi$$)

More Info:
There is a bus on/off Big Bear mountain once or twice a day - accept
Sundays. The service is called MARTA.

MARTA will take you to (among other places) the San Bernardino transit
station at the bottom of the mountain that is also a station for the LA
MetroLink train.

>From Union Station there is a series of light rails called The Blue Line,
The Green Line etc that can get you to LAX, but it has never looked easy to
me (it appears changing lines three times Red Line to Blue Line to Green
Line). I would think the bus service direct is much better and is cheap...
Check out.

Subject: [pct-l] Wrightwood/Big Bear to LAX

I need help with transportation options to get from Wrightwood to LAX or
Big Bear City to LAX. Need to return east for wedding. Anyone on the
list familiar with the public transportation network up there?
