[pct-l] SoBo Thru-ride

Hello All,
   
  I'm getting the distinct inpression that completing a SoBo Thru-ride in one season is not logistically possible.  Is my estimation correct?  It just seems like there are certain snowy sections in Washington that will not allow passage with a horse until well into summer--at which point there will not be enough time to get through the Sierras.  Any thoughts?
