[pct-l] fluoridated tooth powder

I've not encountered anything that claims to be fluoridated.  Dunno what you
mean by hippie powder; FWIW, I'm using Eco-Dent brand powder, this:

The mint flavor, at least, is very strongly scented, however --- it has a
stronger smell than most food items, so after repackaging it in a
microbottle, I put that in a double ziplock and still store it with my food
at night.
