[pct-l] Payphones vs. calling cards

OneSuite calling cards are 2.5 cents/minute.  They also used to charge 50 cents extra for a payphone call, but I don't see anything about that on their website now so maybe they don't impose it anymore.
 
That being said, you have to search for a payphone these days - they're disappearing fast!  (I don't own a cell, so I notice those things.)
