[pct-l] Tejon Ranch PCT Flyer

There's the actual legal easements that have to be created, and at least 35
miles of new trails to cut, new trailheads that need to be designed and
constructed and the like.  It's probably a few years out, but the end of the
dreaded Mojave road walk is in sight.  It's a banner day for the PCT!!!

Ok, but the big question remains.
How long before the first hiker boots can hit the new trail?

   including the long due relocation of the PCT off the Mojave
