Yes, instead of Kennedy Meadows as in past years, Meadows Ed with the help of Switchback and Stinker the Trail Skunk will be at Walker Pass this year.  Switchback and Stinker will be there this Friday.  Meadows Ed will arrive Saturday with the hot dogs and brats.  There will be hikers there holding out from storms, wild animals, and hostile ambushes along the trail.

But rescue is on the way.  Trail magic is about to be showered on thirsty and hungry hikers.
