[pct-l] Trail Help re Belden

I'd be happy to help, but unfortunately will be traveling during that time, so sorry!  I'm sort of the local trail angel.  Belden is about 2 hours on highway 70 from Oroville/Marysville/Yuba City where you could catch a bus or amtrak.  If you were to end that section at highway 36 near Chester, you would need to go west on highway 36 to Red Bluff on highway 5 for train or bus.
