[pct-l] How To: Disable Your Passport's RFID Chip

I am not that concerned. i got my passport before they started putting 
the chip in the passport so I'm safe for several years yet.
I don't know if a mylar envelope would work, but a suitable metal film 
envelope probably would shield the passport.

However some on this list were concerned so I posted the info.
