  A little known, strange fact of the PCT is that "Liver Eating Johnson" (see http://encyclopedia.thefreedictionary.com/Liver-Eating+Johnson) was actually reincarnated as Monte Dodge.?Notice the strange resemblance and look of terror in his eye that "Mad" Monte Dodge shares.?
