[pct-l] backpack repair sources?

I've used Rainypass Repair in Seattle with great results.

I picked up a Lowe backpack that is old but in reasonable condition.  The 
shoulder straps are in good shape but the foam inside has hardened and is 
crumbling.  I contacted Lowe and they don't offer replacement items for 
their "older packs".  Anyone have suggestions for repair/replacement 
sources?

I'm in SF Bay Area, but could mail out.
