Could someone direct me to a link which basically describes the process to
create the dvd from the *.iso file?

Is there a public domain software which can be used with Win2000 operating
system?

I am currently "torrenting" the PCT2008.iso:  thanks for the encouragement
to check out the BitTorrent technology(s).
