[pct-l] 2008 PCT DVD

Anyone:  in th eBitTorrent gui under trackers the site listed in which the
file is being downloaded has an invalid URL:
udp://tracker.thepiratebay.org:80/announce

Is this to be expected with the PCT2008 torrent?
