[pct-l] NOT GETTING THE pct EMAILS FOR THREE DAYS NOW.

The only reason your properties ever get automatically changed to "NO 
MAIL" is that the list was unable to deliver mail to your address for a 
period of time (full mailbox, you're marking it as spam, ISP problem, etc.).
