[pct-l] Hat Creek Rim and Lost Creek

[Postholer]

The guidebook says a spur trail was going to be built to the spring, but the 
lack of funding canceled that. It's probably closer to a mile down that 
canyon and I wouldn't walk down it unless I was desparate. It would be a 
tough walk.
