[pct-l] Mosquitoes

June, July, and even August (depending on the snow pack/melt ratio) in the Sierra and Cascades can be brutal... I recall a season not long ago along the JMT when I was just sure they were going to pick me up and carry me off to their lair.  Always carry at least a head net.
