As of Aug. 28 & 29, there is plenty of water from 2618 to 2640 in the state of Washington, section L, although it may be about 9 miles between some sources.
The campsite with water at 2618.5 has plenty of water just below the trail.
At the Meadows Campsite, either 2622.3 in Yogi's notes or at the Minor gap 2623 the spring is running, although fairly shallow and will need a cup or  pot to collect.
There was a strong flow just below the forest camp at about 2625.7 (but not sure how close to camps/toilet it flows)
After Windy Pass at 2629.5 about a mile and before reaching the ridge, there was water from the small basin flowing strongly across the trail.  Also, smaller flow by the basin and camps.  After dropping from the ridge, there is a camp and water.
Shaw Creek about a mile after the Devils' Backbone 2633.7 had water flowing and easy to collect.
After Holman Pass at 2638.1, there were two seasonal creeklets plus a strong flow from the Goat Lake outlet.
And the spring and good campsite at 2640.5 had water; go past the first slow flow further into the trees on the left side of the trail.
Enjoy the water,
Fred G
