[pct-l] trail angel help in juniper hills

Juniper Hills(at the Burkhart trail outlet in section D) had its annual
community dinner sat night, and the PCT possible spring reroute through juniper
hills( if station fire closure continues)was brought up to the community
members.
Their response was very good.  Not one detractor in the crowd.
If thru hikers have to come through here, trail angel help will be no problem.
Many expressed interest in helping hikers in need of help.
Nice to know if the PCTA decides to make burkhart trail as the exit route from 
the pct to bypass possible station fire burn area.
I agreed to head up a committee to work with the PCTA and the section D trail
manager to provide help.
The Community  of Juniper hills will be here to help if needed.were going to
contact the Saufleys and R. Drasher for advice.
