[pct-l] Foot pain - top of arch

I had problems with prolonged soreness in my left foot after a long hike 
around San Francisco.  I got referred to a VA (Oakland, CA) podiatrist 
who prescribed orthotics.  They worked. although it took a few weeks for 
the pain to go away for good.
