And it really does vary from person to person.
Although my wife and I are approximately the same weight, age and
height, I eat almost twice the calories per day as her.

She thinks this is great for me as I can eat what I want when at home,
but on the trail it is a definite disadvantage as I find it hard to
eat enough and have hit that wall (The Bonk) a few times.
