How many base layer shirts? Hopefully only the one you are wearing.  
In my opinion, it is not necessary to bring a change of clothes. It's  
all gonna stink and nobody is going to notice out there.

Otherwise, you list looks good. Around the end of June, you'll  
probably bounce the thermals ahead to where you'll be in September.

I sometimes was damp in the night from night sweats. Hey, wanna know  
another way to stay warm at night? Forget the young fit guy. Get  
yourself an old lady.

I slept in my clothes. One night I was just too tired to change into  
my silkies and I just fell asleep. When I realized I was comfortable  
and warm and it was easy to just pop up, pack up and start hiking, I  
started doing that all the time.

It's so easy this time of year to forget that you do the majority of  
your hiking on this trail during warm months. Your problem will be  
being hot more often than cold.
