I don't know if a cell phone manufactured that has a wake on network
command.  Technically it can be accomplished on any phone that doesn't have
a passive RFID installed.  Take out the battery if you're worried about it.

This can be disabled (supposedly) on some cell phones. Big Brother is

The phone company can already turn on the GPS in your phone to find out
where you are-- only under warrant... Supposedly
