[pct-l] Mt Whitney permit

I am filling out my thru-permit form and it asks for an apprioximate date
for climbing whitney.  I am not sure what they mean by that seeing as how
they limit the number of permits they issue for each day.  I used Craig's
PCT planner which tells me I will take about 39 days.  Including rest days I
guessed 45 days.  But even so, will they hold me to a date?
