[pct-l] Stream Crossing Silver Pass Creek

One of the crossings that many guidebooks warn about, is the crossing of
Silver Pass Creek, just north of Edison Lake.

While in the past this was a daunting crossing, over the last few years,
the trail has been completely re-worked, involving about two months of
crews of 15-30 full time, doing extensive major rock work, and the
crossing now borders on trivial.
