[pct-l] Mt Whitney permit Change

I just got an email back from Brenda Murray at the PCTA. 

She's aware of all this and has contacted their USFS PCT Manager on it. The PCTA's long-term agreement stands unchanged - the through-hikers' permit does allow you to climb Whitney without paying the $15 fee for the Whitney Zone endorsement.......as long as you do not go over Trail Crest. If you do, or might, then you will need the $15 WZ endorsement.

If that changes, she'll post a notice to the PCT_L as well as on the PCTA website.
