Trail Fest starts at 7:00 p.m. -hikers meet at the Grand Central Bowling
Alley http://www.thegrandcentralbowl.com/grand_central down the street from
the Trail Fest event location from 4:00 to 7:00 and after opening speaker
and trail stories . . . and on into the night.

 

Hoedown Saturday night at Nadine's farm in Dundee, outside of Portland, so
bring your overalls.  The Trail Fest Awards Dinner honoring trail volunteers
is also going on Saturday evening; the hoedown is for those not attending
awards dinner, or for those who come after the awards dinner is over.

 

For those of you who want to camp out for either night, Nadine's farm is
available with several barns.  So Far also has downtown house floor space
and backyard tent space, with many large tents he'd be happy to set up.
Also has family and friends willing to put up mysterious strangers,
including other hikers.  

 

Help with rides is available, shuttling to the farm and to/from airports
