[pct-l] Trail Running Shoes so great?

Monty, my friend,

So is your advise to make it past mile 110 to wear 'runners two sizes too 
big and pre-condition feet for hiking?
What is your advise regarding pre-conditioning feet, or is that a stupid 
question?
