[pct-l] mailing labels

I think those are the ones she's talking about.  With the exception of 
Snoqualmie and for the fees at VVR, and possibly KM, being incorrect, I 
can't find any errors.  Does anyone know of any others?  If it were 
brought to the PCTA attention, i should only take a minute to fix.
