yeh the Eurekas are cheaper but u get what u pay for...don't buy that for this trip u'll be sorry. I get alot of draft in mine...it's a one person and not free standing but nonetheless

As far as 2 person free standing tents, the Sierra designs Vapor Light 2 has had good reviews. its by no means spacious, but it comes in at around 3.25 lbs which is light for a 2 person double wall.

For a good value, look at the Eureka Zeus 2 Classic, about 33% bigger than the SD Vapor, but only 10 oz heavier..and pretty inexpensive also..

Does anybody know what it means when manufactures state 2 or 3  
different weights for their tent? ... for example
trail weight: 4 lbs 0 oz
packed weight: 4 lbs 9 oz
and I've even seen fast weight listed too???
