I did some day-hikes up there last year, including DST, thought it
made a lot of sense as a way into Idyllwild. It drops you out on 243,
leaving just a short walk to the Tahquitz Inn. But the junction to DST
is 4.2, not 1.2 past Saddle Junction, according to Harrison.
