[pct-l] New Years Snow Update

[Postholer]

Last year the cold accounted for more snow at lower elevations in the OR/WA 
area. The lower areas had above normal amounts and the higher elevations 
were about normal:

This year is following the same pattern, but it seems with less moisture. 
The lower elevations are about normal and the higher is well below normal:

With lots of snow season to go, it's currently looking below normal for most 
of the trail.
