[pct-l] Halfmile's PCT maps, update FYI...

I haven't seen that our humble Halfmile has posted recently about his PCT maps, so I will...    ;-)

All of CA and sections B & C of OR are now available for download...
That's over 1850 continuous PCT miles (about 70% of the entire trail) - from the Mexican border to the northern boundary of Crater Lake NP...
