[pct-l] Fuel Canisters

My information is a little dated, but here is my list from my various hikes from 2004 to 2006 where I found isobutane canisters for sale. They were a mix of brands. I also mailed some and found some in hiker boxes. My plan was to switch to alcohol if I couldn't find a canister but I never had to.
