[pct-l] PCT Data Book Update

PCT-L,

I have the complete PCT Data Book in spreadsheet format and have added
columns and indexes to facilitate a SOBO hike.  In fact I've actually
reversed the data so for a SOBO hike you start at the top and work your
way downward.  I would love to find a way to share this file as I find
it to be extremely useful planning tool but am afraid I'd be violating
the WP copyright.  I have previously informed Halfmile and Postholer of
this file. 

Any suggestions?
