[pct-l] Hiking Shoe recommendation for thru-hike

I completely agree with Squatch.  Used them on the CT (one pair) and that's
all I hike with.  They can last a long long while too.  Just got 2 pair from
REI for my PCT thru-hike this year for $36 total!!
