[pct-l] Fuel Canisters - Where?

Where are the Fuel canisters along the PCT? I'll field this again on the
PCT-l.  Several weeks ago this subject did not get much input, but one
person posted a breif list of where he found fuel canisters. They were:
Idyllwild (mile200)
Big Bear (mile 350)
Vermillion Vally or Muir Trail Ranch (Mile 850)
Tuolumne Meadows (Mile 925)
South Lake Tahoe (mile 1100)
Mt Shasta City  (Mile 1400??)
Ashland  (Mile 1600)
Bend  (Mile 1850)
Portland (Mile 2100)

Others that were mentioned were:
Saufley's
Lone Pine
Mammoth Lake
Sierra City
